It was &lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;crucially important for me that my work in Ecuador will not be just for exciting three months, but more that I can fill a job which has long-term effects&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/span&gt; And that is exactly what CWW is about. Volunteers with CWW get a real placement with a lot of responsibility and space to fill with their own ideas and creativity.
